Here are the latest games in the first round of the 2019 Rockstar Rumble. We've listed each "game" (one post versus another) along with wording provided by the author when the post was submitted. Also listed is a keyword after each post title to make it easy to vote. Be sure to vote for your favorites since you will help determine the winner! Criteria for the best article is what makes Rockstar content which includes these factors:

  • Starts with an interesting title
  • Includes unique content — we like posts that are edgy, feisty, funny, failure-focused, and super helpful

The voting will run for 48 hours. At that point, a winner will be named and will advance. You can follow the results in the brackets here. Please note, there is ONE VOTE PER PERSON. I was powered by applause and Tyson chicken fingers — and now I'm sharing how showbiz impacted my financial journey. • How My Emergency Doctor Job Helped Me To Stop Worrying About Money (Doctor) -- I wrote this post with a bit of trepidation. Although I earned good money, money always felt "tight". And that scarcity mindset about money always led me to feel so anxious about my finances. Before I published this post I thought: "Would anyone get it?" I think many people assume people with good jobs and pay should have no money worries but that certainly isn't the case. Money anxiety is felt by many and I only hoped it would somehow resonate with people, in a world where talking about money is still taboo.
